Bow Valley is Canada’s premiere summer limestone sport climbing area and includes cliffs around Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise. Cool temps makes it the perfect destination for ambitious youth athletes on school holiday to escape the summer heat and experience optimal climbing conditions. The rock offers superb climbing on technical and varied limestone with majestic views in the Canadian Rockies. Most routes are within the 20-30m range. Rest days will include indulging in all that summer in Bow Valley has to offer. Banff National Park, Lake Louise, and Grassi Lakes are a few locations on our list to explore.

Applications for registration are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of the specific nature and demands of our programs, we do not guarantee acceptance. If you’re not sure you’re ready for this program, or are unclear on the pre-qualifications and expectations, please contact us before applying. New for 2026 international trips is the three part application process listed below.

To apply for this program, please complete: 1) athlete application form, 2) parent/guardian application form, and 3) deposit payment (also available via electronic invoicing, bank transfer, venmo, or check). An application will not be considered until all three parts are received, although paying the deposit will hold your place for one week while we await your application submissions.
